Update
Comcast is still repairing damage from flooding to their infrastructure. They are not down, but the circuit still remains unstable.

Circuit is still unstable. Comcast advises they are still working on maintenance in the area.

Production still remains unstable. The drops are short lived, so going to restart the modem.

Monitoring
Comcast was performing maintenance in the area, which ended yesterday at 1 PM CST. This morning, the network dropped for less than a minute, If it happens again, Comcast is going to have to roll a tech to the site.
